SHIPPING POLICY

At Cowboy 420, we believe in keeping things fair, simple, and transparent, just like a good day's work. That’s why we offer flat rate shipping on all orders. No surprises at checkout, just one straightforward shipping fee that helps us keep things running smooth for everyone.

All of our order fulfillment is done in-house by our small team. That means every package is packed with care, quality-checked by hand, and sent out straight from us to you. This allows us to ensure accuracy, maintain quality, and keep our operations aligned with our values.

We currently ship within the U.S. and aim to fulfill orders within 3–5 business days. Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your order every step of the way.

We currently ship only within the contiguous 48 United States. As a small operation, we’ve chosen to keep our shipping domestic for now in order to maintain consistent delivery times, reduce our carbon footprint, and keep shipping costs manageable for our customers. We hope to expand in the future and appreciate your understanding as we grow.



REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

All hat and sticker sales are final. Because of the nature of our products and the fact that everything is fulfilled in-house, we do not offer returns or refunds.

That said, we stand by the quality of our gear and want you to be satisfied with your order. If your item arrives damaged or with an issue caused during shipping, please reach out to our customer service team within 7 days of scheduled delivery. We're happy to work with you and make sure our gear gets to you!
